Imagine a structure that reaches toward the sky, standing as not only Europe's tallest building but also the northernmost skyscraper globally. Engineers designed the twisting shape of the tower to mitigate wind pressure, allowing it to maintain stability without relying on the heavy dampers typically used in supertall buildings.
